Club Excellence Program Overview
Synchro Canada has developed a Club Excellence Program that will act as an incentive and guideline for clubs in their everyday operations. The program offers monetary and marketing rewards to clubs that participate. The purpose of the program is for clubs to examine their operations from a holistic standpoint while providing all clubs with the opportunity to excel individually. The program is designed so any club can reach the Gold level in any given year but for most clubs the Gold Level of Excellence will be unreachable unless the club is able to consistently develop National Team athletes and coaches or excel, in some other way. For the 2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012 and 2012-13 seasons only 3 Gold Level Club Grants were given out in Canada for each season.
